Jean is the Director and Principal Consultant of Go Process Design Ltd and has a background in higher education academic administration and project management. Jean brings together Lean, Service Design, Systems Thinking and Design Thinking approaches for change management and service improvement focussing on the end-user experience. Jean is passionate about bringing teams together to make the world a better place by understanding what people really want and need.
Clare has worked in research and leadership roles in Higher Education, often with a focus on improving the student experience. She has seen first hand how design techniques coupled with more traditional project management methodologies can make a positive difference, empowering students and creating opportunities for co-production and co-ownership. She has been involved in Global Service Jams for the last four years.
Peter Bonnell has been Curator at QUAD in Derby since January 2012, and has worked on a range of projects, including the mass participation film work ‘Derby Soap Opera’ with the artist and filmmaker Marinella Senatore, involving almost 15,000 Derby Residents. Other curated projects at QUAD include the group exhibitions ‘Illuminated’ and ‘The Pride and the Passion: Contemporary Art, Football and The Derby County Collection’. From 2004 to the end of 2011 Peter was Curator at ArtSway, based in the New Forest, where he was responsible for the exhibitions, residency and commissioning programmes – as well as, from 2004 to 2009, the education programme. Peter has curated and organised over 100 exhibitions, and co-curated ArtSway’s New Forest Pavilion at the 2005, 2007, 2009 and 2011 Venice Biennales.
